The Body Squad teaches children to listen to those clues and feel them, building real body awareness through play and learning.

Understand the body
Children meet the real parts of their nervous system as friendly characters they can name, love and remember.

The power of breath
Led by Tessa's breathwork, kids learn that a single, slow breath can change how their whole body feels.

Calm through play
No screens, no lectures. Just playful tools children actually ask to use, again and again.
Meet the Squad
Ten little friends, one big mission: help your child feel safe in their own body. Tap any friend to see the part of the body they live in.

Bella the Brain
The control centre up top. Bella helps with thinking, planning and making sense of big moments.

Vinnie the Vagus Nerve
The big nerve that helps the whole body settle and feel safe again after a wobble.

Harmony the Heart Helper
Feels everything deeply and keeps the beat. Hand on heart, and Harmony helps it slow.

Penny the Protector
Her alarm goes off to keep you safe, even when the danger is just a really big day.

Ned the Nerve Messenger
Always on the move, carrying every message your body sends, safe, hungry, excited, sad.

Breezy & Flow
Breathe in with Breezy, out with Flow. Your calm, always on tap, wherever you go.

Tummy Tim the Gut Guide
Where the butterflies live. Tim helps kids notice what their tummy is trying to say.

Flex the Spine
Stand tall and wiggle. Flex helps kids shake the big feelings right out of their body.

Sage the Sigh Fairy
Two little breaths in, one long sigh out. Sage's magic reset, the fastest calm there is.
The Body Squad Chatter Box
A printable paper toy that turns nervous-system regulation into a game your child asks to play. Pop in your email and it is yours, free.
It all starts with a breath
As a breathwork facilitator, I have felt first-hand how powerful a single breath can be.
I created the Body Squad so children could feel it too. Our bodies are always giving us clues, and when a child learns to listen, to breathe, to notice, you hand them a tool they will carry for life.
This is body awareness through play and learning. Gentle, joyful, and built on the science of how little nervous systems really work.
The Body Squad program
A guided journey through the whole Squad, for families and early-years settings. Character by character, breath by breath.
