CalmPlay dispatches from Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

CalmPlay aims to create and dispatch all orders within 7-14 days days of purchase, if there are further delays I will email you.

If you would like a hurry order (specific date or celebration) please email before ordering.

Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

All orders will be delivered by AUS POST.

If you have not received your order with in two weeks from dispatch date please email.

Pick up is Available from Longwood, Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Delivery delays may be experienced

Post Offices remain open and deliveries continue, but delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.

Packaging

All wooden plaques are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and tissue paper.

Wooden Shelf decor and delicate laser cut pieces are are bubble wrapped and posted in a box and packaged in a bag, this way they are secure through transit.

Colour

Please consider that images shown on your device/ computer may appear slightly different to the true item colour. We try our best to show the items true colour in light but are unable to offer returns due to colour discrepancies.

Items cut from plywood & pine may have slightly different wood grain variances due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault of the product.

Misspelling Of Names:

Please ensure upon purchase that all names are spelt correctly as once items are made we can not make any changes. If you have only just placed your order please contact us ASAP on iheartdesigns-studio@outlook.com and we will try our best to address this.

Covid Management.

All work benches are thoroughly cleaned and wiped in between orders. Hand sanitizer is used between each order.

Our Alphabet puzzle contains small pieces and is recommended close supervision at all times, our puzzles are intended for Decor purposes and learning opportunities for children while safely supervised by an adult.

Our Felt flowers are small (4cm) and are firmly attached to all wooden plaques, intended for Decor purposes ONLY.
